Local Deliveries (United Arab Emirates)

We ship across all areas of the UAE with the following delivery options:

 

1. Standard Delivery

 

  • Delivery within 1- 2 business days of order confirmation
  • Shipping fee: AED 22.00 for orders below AED 250
  • Free shipping on all orders of AED 250 and above

 

2. Express Delivery (Dubai Only)

 

  • Express delivery for orders placed before 6:00 PM
  • Shipping fee: AED 35.00

 

 

Order Processing

 

  • Standard orders are processed within 48 hours;
  • Express orders within 24 hours

 

 

International Deliveries

 

Upaya primarily serves customers within the UAE. For international shipping requests, please reach out to us directly at the contact details below. We will provide a tailored shipping quote based on your location, items ordered, and prevailing courier rates, along with an estimated delivery timeline upon confirmation. Please note that international shipping costs and timelines vary by destination.

 

 

How We Ship

 

Within & Outside Dubai (and select Dubai areas): We work with trusted third-party courier partners. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a notification (to your registered email, if provided) with a tracking ID so you can follow your shipment
in real time.

 

 

Address & Checkout

 

At checkout, select United Arab Emirates as your country and enter your city and delivery address. International orders cannot currently be placed through checkout — please contact us directly to arrange delivery.
